Release Date: November, 2009 - We have just added 5 new counties to our coverage including the Jacksonville area. Please refer to our coverage map for details!

Release Date: October, 2009 - We are pleased to announce 2 new employees at Landtech. We welcome John Moody, Director of Marketing and a returning employee, Carla Minniear as one of our Survey/CAD Technicians. We also wish a fond farewell to Eliana Varela and congratulations on her upcoming wedding!

Release Date: September, 2007 - We have just added Hillsborough county to our list of areas serviced. Please refer to our Fees section for more information.

Release Date: May, 2007 - In an effort to remain competitive across such a wide coverage area, we have updated our fee schedule. Please click on the Surveying Fees link located on the left side of this page. Orlando region fees are effective immediately and all other regional fees will be effective June 1, 2007. Although some prices have increased - others have decreased. Our new fee schedule represents a more equitable spread of fees for our services.

Release Date: February, 2007 - We are pleased to announce the opening of our Orlando area office! We are also welcoming 2 new staff members... Allen Bourcier and Mariel Bourcier. They will be heading up operations at the Orlando office. We look forward to their contributions to our growth and are confident they will further Landtech's goals of offering great service throughout an expansive coverage area. Release Date: November, 2006 - We would like to announce some great news... John Aldridge - our Senior Survey Technician for our Fort Pierce office - and his wife Lucy are now expecting their first child! Congratulations to you both! We all extend our prayers for a happy and healthy child and wish you both the best!

Release Date: October, 2006 - We have just added a sample Survey Acknowledgement Form for our industry clients. This form is located in either our Billing and Payment Policies section or at the bottom of the Online Order Form section. We highly recommend that industry clients protect themselves when ordering Surveying services on behalf of borrowers.

Borrowers should be responsible for payment of our fees and use of an acknowledgement form that is signed by the borrower is the simplest and safest way to avoid misunderstandings by all involved parties.

We believe it is always sound business practice to ensure all parties are fully informed of policies and procedures prior to commencement of any working relationship. The sample form is similar to forms used by many agents within the Real Estate Industry. 

Release Date: September, 2006 - Our payment policies have just been updated to our website - please click on the link to the left for full details. Additionally, we have been consistently working on further developments of our computer systems and of course, have been involved with much debugging. We have now reinstated our monthly statements which are now much easier to read and tracks the status of outstanding jobs as reported by our clients... thereby making it simpler for our clients to update these statements each month.

Release Date: June, 2006 - We wish to announce the promotion of Trish Ricciardelli to the position of Regional Operations Manager.  Trish will be working diligently to ensure that all work is being delivered on time and she will be directly responsible for maintaining the daily operations priority schedules for all Landtech offices. There will be occasions when circumstances beyond our control may delay a delivery and Trish will also be coordinating the communication of ongoing status to all of our clients. Trish is very enthusiastic about increasing the level service to our clients in this regard. 

Release Date: May, 2006 - In conjunction with the opening of our Fort Myers office, we have finalized our transition to our regional pricing structure. The rates shown in our surveying fees section of this site illustrate the changes that will be effective June 1st, 2006. 

Release Date: May, 2006 - We have finalized the acquisition and initial staffing at our Fort Myers location. Although we already have our Survey Crews in place locally and are already servicing this region, the office will be open on July 1st, 2006. We would like to announce that Chris Ferrara and Lauren Roberts are relocating from our Fort Lauderdale office to initially staff the Fort Myers office and are being promoted to Senior Survey Technician and Senior Processor respectively. 

Release Date: December, 2005 - We are thrilled to congratulate and send our best wishes to two of our employees. Chris Ferrara and Lauren Roberts are celebrating the birth of their son - Christopher James. Christopher was born at 12:45 p.m. on December 27th. He is a beautiful, happy and healthy boy weighing in at 7 pounds - 11 ounces. Happy Holidays indeed! 

Release Date: November, 2005 - Trish Ricciardelli has been promoted to Office Manager  and Dayan Ruiz is being promoted to the Senior Survey Technician position in our Fort Lauderdale office. Trish and Dayan have continuously shown a high level of dedication and commitment and we look forward to their bringing that same standard to their respective positions.

Release Date: November, 2005 - We are pleased to announce another expansion of our coverage area to now include areas along the west coast. Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota and DeSoto counties are now included. 

Release Date: August, 2005 - The Fort Pierce office has been acquired and will be open on September 1st. We congratulate Johnathon Aldridge as he is being promoted to the position of Manager and Senior Survey Technician for the office. 

Release Date: March, 2005 - We are pleased to announce the expansion of our coverage area to now also include Indian River, Brevard, Osceola and Okeechobee counties. We are on track to covering the entire peninsula by 2007. 

Release Date: February, 2005 - We are pleased to welcome James Monicatti to our firm. James has assumed the Marketing Director position and will be greatly assisting in our expansion plans.

Release Date: January, 2005 - Craig Rentz has been promoted to Survey Department Manager and Dave Longmire has been promoted to Drafting Department Manager.

Release Date: May, 2004 - We congratulate the promotions of Trish Ricciardelli to Processing Department Manager, Bill Porter to Survey Department Manager, and Carla Minniear to Drafting Department Manager.

Release Date: September, 2003 - LandTech welcomes 2 new employees to our staff - Patricia Ricciardelli and Pamela Goldstein. "Trish" replaces Wendy Johnson as our new senior processor and Pam has been hired as an assistant processor. We are also happy to welcome Mimi Perez back from maternity leave.

Release Date: April 2003 - Andrew Snyder, owner of LandTech, wishes to announce his marriage to Jade Kelsey on April 5th, 2003. "We were married at Camelot Castle in Cornwall England and honeymooned there. It was the most magical time of my life!". Release Date: November 2002 - Although we have recently experienced some delays, it has been a great year here at LandTech! We are now ready and exited to resume our expansion and will be "internet connected" shortly. This will enable us to operate remotely from any internet accessible computer. We will be able to cover a wider service area with more efficiency.

Release Date: July 2001 - LandTech is exited to announce that our computer operations/database renovation will be moving into the final phase of development in early August. To date, we have invested over $31,000 in this project to upgrade our systems in order to deliver even better service. We will be seamlessly linking multiple offices, and offering complete, online (internet) service to our customers. The final phase will involve installation of those systems and equipment necessary to facilitate online closings and online status reports as well as the upgrade to our telecommunications equipment.

Release Date: March 2001 - LandTech welcomes David Longmire to the Drafting Department. We are anticipating David's contributions to streamlining our drafting efforts and unifying Hand (Coordinate Geometry) and CADD operations into a single unified effort. 

Release Date: January 2001 - LandTech is pleased to announce that we will be opening a West Palm Beach office sometime in the fall of 2001. Although we already service this area we look forward to offering even better service to our clients within the northern part of our coverage area.

This is a one of a kind system developed at LandTech to help expedite the internal processing of orders even faster than ever.
