Survey fees noted hereon are rates provided to mortgage industry professionals and are discounted approximately 20% to allow for an industry discount.

 

Individual homeowners placing orders with LandTech should add approximately 20% to the above fees.

Individuals may instruct their Mortgage or Title Agents to order the services from us and the discount will apply. 

Survey costs are primarily based upon the time necessary to perform the field work.

Individual quotes for approval will be provided for large acreage parcels or any other time consuming projects prior to commencement of any work.
