Now this may sound quite commonplace but
at Landtech this means that whomever is most directly affected by an employee's actions is their
"customer" and is who must receive great service from that employee.

Initial order processing most directly affects the Survey Research department. The Survey Research department must properly prepare packages for the Survey Field Crews. Survey Crews must expedite their work as to properly service the Drafting department. CAD drawings must be timely and accurate for review and final order processing.

Company Profile:


Landtech Surveying's owner and staff share in an extensive background in servicing the real estate community throughout Florida. We are intimately familiar with the many issues regarding land surveying as well as the entire loan closing process and all of our clients needs.

Andrew Snyder, P.S.M. is the owner and licensed Surveyor and Mapper of Landtech. After attending college in New York - initially majoring in astrophysics - he moved to Florida in 1984 and became involved in land surveying. He soon fell in love with the profession and specialized in boundary law and mortgage related activities. Much of his initial involvement was focused on drafting and survey technician activities coordinating field operations. He additionally proceeded to teach himself computer database programming and network operations. He quickly realized that clients could be serviced much more efficiently by automating many of the everyday office activities. The company for which he worked soon became fully computerized and within 3 years he was General Manager of the firm. 

He continued working within the Surveying industry and decided to wait until he received licensure as a Surveyor before opening his own company. Consistently educating himself as to the best way to service clients as well as the many local land surveying issues, he would embody all his designs and experience within the framework of LandTech Surveying. 

Through extremely efficient office operations, qualified field personnel and high professional ethics, LandTech is proud to offer some of the best service found in this aspect of the Real Estate Industry. 

Landtech is also fully committed to encouraging employee advancement. We have established an online employee educational and testing system. Through this system all employees are required to achieve required certification levels as an aid in developing and furthering employee qualifications.

Field crews are cellular dispatched and have wireless high speed internet connected laptops to aid in providing unprecedented speed in the delivery of all survey orders. Our proprietary computer database systems effectively streamline every aspect of our operation. 

Our system is also web based to facilitate the rapid deployment of new field offices where necessary and maintain quality control and efficiency when venturing into new coverage areas. We do not subcontract our surveying services to other remote surveying firms. This allows us to continue a knowledgeable local approach to servicing our clients needs and also enables each office to benefit from open versatile communications, remote real-time database operations and the availability of the shared resources of the firm.
